The Kawali Grill is a newly established restaurant located in the Hillman City neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The restaurant specializes in both local and Asian cuisines to bring you the best of both worlds.Our Chef
Chef Gerold brings years of culinary experience to the Kawali Grill. Trained and worked in some of the most exclusive establishments in downtown Seattle including the Washington Athletic Club where he began his culinary career, Crown Plaza Hotel and formerly the Executive Chef at the Seattle Hilton Hotel. At the Hilton, he directed the operations of 2 kitchens for banquets and two restaurants including the fine dining restaurant; Top of The Hilton.
